Recipe for cookies with Parmesan and salmon with avocado mousse

For cookies:
– 250 grams of flour
– 125 g of cold butter
– 1 case of Provence herbs
– 180 g Parmesan
– 5 cups of milk

– 20 sl very cold 30% fat liquid cream

– 2 pieces of smoked salmon


1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. Mix flour and butter until you get a sandy texture. Add the herbes de Provence and Parmesan and pour in the milk. Mix so that the preparation is homogeneous.
