Recipe for honey and cinnamon cookies
- 150 grams of flour
- 50 g of sugar
- 1 C. Yeast
- 1 C. Cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- Milk 40 ml
- 2 tbsp. Liquid honey
- 50 g softened butter
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
Remove well, then add milk, liquid honey and softened butter, then mix well by hand to make a smooth paste.
Form walnut-sized balls in your hands, then flatten slightly and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180°C.
