Ham recipe with mustard sauce

Ingredients (for 2 people)

2 small hams (pork slices), 1 tablespoon of acacia honey, 2 shallots, 30 g of butter, 10 teaspoons of vegetable broth, 15 teaspoons of white wine, 2 + 1 tablespoon of mustard, 20 teaspoons of fresh cream , salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Make crosses on the bark of the knife. Mix mustard with honey and spread it on the hams. Arrange them on a baking sheet. Pour 10 cl of broth and bake for about 50 minutes, stirring regularly.

Remove the dish from the oven, drain and filter the cooking juices, then cover the meat with aluminum foil. Reservation.

Rub a little butter over the chopped shallots, then pour in the white wine and cooking juices.

Cut in half, add the remaining mustard, stir and mix in the cream and leave on a low heat to thicken gently. Adjust the seasoning.
