– 2 very ripe bananas
– 2 eggs
– 70 g of brown sugar
– 1 pinch of salt
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 200 g of flour
– 100 ml of milk
– Spread or chocolate bar
– Neutral oil for cooking


1. Mash the banana with a fork in a bowl to get a kind of puree.

2. Add eggs, brown sugar, salt and yeast and mix well. Add the flour all at once and mix.

3. Gradually pour milk and continue mixing. The dough should be quite thick. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.

4. Lightly oil the pan and pour the dough. Add a tablespoon of chocolate sprinkles or chocolate chips, then cover with pancake batter. Turn the pancake over and cook on the other side.

5. Repeat until the dough runs out.

6. Serve these chocolate covered banana pancakes with banana slices, chopped nuts, or even more melted chocolate!
