S’mores are small marshmallow and chocolate sandwiches between two graham crackers. This delicacy, which is very popular in the United States and Canada, is usually eaten around a bonfire in the summer. But today we offer an even more gourmet visit! Instead of cookies, we put cookies to burst the flavors in the mouth. This is a real ultra-regressive pleasure that will not leave your taste buds indifferent… You can make marshmallows at home, it’s not that difficult. And as a bonus, I’ll share a recipe for chocolate teddy bears, the (not) guilty pleasure of our childhood!

Cookie S’mores Recipe


  • For cookies:
  • 80 g of brown sugar
  • 40 g brown cane sugar
  • 175 g of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 350 g of flour
  • 1/2 package of yeast
  • 200 g of chocolate chips
  • For decoration:
  • 6 large marshmallows
  • 6 squares of dark chocolate
  • 50 g of melted dark chocolate



Prepare the cookie dough: mix the sugar with the softened butter until you get a white and thick dough.


Add egg, vanilla extract and mix well. Add flour and baking powder in batches and knead the dough well with your hands. Finally add the chocolate chips.


Place 12 balls about 2 cm apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes at 175°C, then leave to cool.


Once the cookies are pre-baked, assemble the s’mores: take a cookie, top with a chocolate square, then a marshmallow.


Cover the other bun and cook again for about 5 to 8 minutes, leaving the oven door open. This step will allow the chocolate and marshmallows to melt slightly.


Remove from the oven, decorate with a little melted chocolate and enjoy immediately.
